Niji means “rainbow.” The name reflects the color, variety and energy guests find across the menu—from sushi and sashimi to ramen, grill entrées and cocktails.
Niji Sushi Bar & Grill began serving Springfield in 2020 with a simple idea: bring careful Japanese-inspired preparation, creative presentation and warm hospitality together in one approachable dining room.
Today, Niji welcomes guests at two Springfield locations. Each restaurant is designed for the moments people actually share: date nights, family meals, celebrations, quick lunches and relaxed takeout at home.
Our team works to balance familiar favorites with dishes that invite a little discovery. Whether you already know exactly what you love or you are ordering sushi for the first time, we want the experience to feel easy, thoughtful and worth returning to.
